I need some advice for a hitting 2 year old?
My daughter just turned 2 in April, and she has always had a problem with hitting me, her grandmother, or her dad when she doesn't get her way, but now it is getting out of control. Over the months I have tried time out (she thinks it's funny), smacking her on the butt (sometimes works, but not enough to keep doing it), ignoring her (she'll go on for a while, but then I just feel like a punching bag), and of course talking to her about it and how it gives boo boos and how it is not a nice thing to do. I am really at a loss and very discouraged at this point. Besides this problem, she is the perfect baby. I don't think she is doing it to cause physical pain, but to get a rise out of us. For the past few days she hasn't wanted my husband to come home, because dinner has been ready when is gets through the door, so he cannot spend the time with her that she wants, which causes a hitting/time out battle between the two of them and it is hurting their relationship at this point. HELP!
You don't mention if she speaks yet. Sometimes toddlers hit to communicate feelings that they can't communicate verbally. Play dramatic games about feelings. Acting out feelings and giving the feeling it's proper name. You can make masks to wear with different expressions. I like Nickname's idea about Dad spending sometime with her BEFORE dinner, and then bringing the conversation to the dinner table. And the other advice of holding her until she stops. Time out for a 2 year old is difficult because of their short attention span. They do not always connect the behavior with the reason they are sitting there.
There is a technique that works well with slightly older children, but you might try it. You make a little chart and try to catch her BEFORE she hits and say, "Wow, look it has been 10 minutes -30 minutes that you have not hit anyone!" Give her a sticker on the chart and tell her when she gets a (whatever number you choose that isn't too much for her age), you will get (a prize). Not candy but maybe going to a fun place or spending special time with her doing something you know she really likes. This will teach her to regulate herself, rather than you having to, and she will be porud of herself. Consistency as someone here said is key! Good luck!

Punching bag?
Well i live in a high rise apartment renting, and i want to somehow put in a boxing bag to punch all day. i can't nail things to the ceiling so how can i do it?

You can also buy a heavybag stand. You can find them at many sporting good stores but for a quality one, you might want to go to www.ringside.com or www.titleboxing.com. They have a variety of stands, some even with a another attachment for a speedbag (but I don't think others in your apartment would appreciate that).

Why do these horrible women have children and why don’t they give them to someone who does want them for something other than a punching bag. I really hope both of these assholes die the same way she did but slower much much slower.

This was caused by capitalism, not socialism. Business moved to where it's cheaper.
