how come my reflexas are so fast?
i mean ever since i was a child my dad has been training me in karate and other martial arts, but i havent been trained in years and i thought i lost it. but one time i was turned around and someone threw a tiny red ball at my head, i didnt see it and out of instink i turned around and caught it. and someone tried to punch me so i grabbed is arm twisted it and flipped him, this has been happening a lot. i havent trained in years how come this is happening.
Most likely because you were trained from childhood to be like that. When you are younger your brain builds alot of pathways and even as we get older and cease haveing to use them because whatever they are for is no longer used, these paths are still there as is the knowledge. Most likely something happened recently that sparked in your brain and it regressed back to useing those paths just for basic survival instincts. I would enjoy haveing it still and focus on honeing it once more, because these reflexes will probably be a part of who you are from now on.
