Best way to lose 5 pounds in 3 weeks?


I am trying to punch out the last 5-10 pounds of my weight loss goal by August 1. I work out pretty reqularly and I eat very healthy foods on a regular basis.

Any tips on what I might be able to do to lose the extra weight?

If you eat 1200 calories a day and work out 3-5 times a week then the 5 pounds will just melt off. Especially if you cut out all soda and juice and just stick to water for a beverage :)

i work out but only lose 10 pound 15 the most in the last 3 month. what can i do to lose more weight?


i jump rope, punching bag,weighting, and walking.i skip breakfast, and just eat just eat Sandwichs. i weight 215 and i need to get to 175.
i don't not like using diet pill AT ALL!

i prefer someone who has loss weight or/and had the same problem and loss the weight.

Eat breakfast. It kick starts your metabolism. When you go too long without a meal, your body goes into starvation mode and will resist burning fat.

Also, weight is relative and is not always a good indicator of overall health. Muscle weighs more than fat, so if you are gaining muscle tone in your punching bag and weighting exercises then your weight will not accurately reflect your progress. Just because you're not losing weight does not mean you're not getting fitter, toned, and more lean.

Keep up the good work and you'll see results.

    Hey guys! I found the secrete to weight loss! Okay, here is the scoop:Step 1: Whenever you start to feel hungry, drink some water! Step 2: Wait 30 minutes or so, if you still feel hungry, have some vegetables. Carrots, celery. Whatever you like. Try to chew 20-30 times per bite. Eat it nice and slowly! Step 3: Wait 20-30 minutes. If you are still hungry, try Step 1 again. Repeat until you no longer feel hunger.Step 4: Walk at least 5 miles per day!Step 5: Perform moderate (cardio) exercise 3-5 days per week, aka run/bike/swim until it becomes difficult to speak and workout at the same time.Step 6: Perform vigorous exercise 1-3 times per week, aka work out you feel you can’t go further, then do a bit more for good measure.Step 7: Eat many meals per day, not just two or three big ones. Eat within an hour of waking up, and every 2-3 hours after that (rules 1-3 are for snaking, you can also eat this way for a few of your “meals” per day).Step 8: Don’t eat carbs after lunch!Step 9: Decide upon a time for your “last meal of the day.” Call this “dinner” NO EATING AFTER DINNER.
