Halloween Costume Help...?

I am going to be a fairytale/disney movie character but with a modern twist for halloween. My friends are gonna be:
Little Red from the Hood
Cinderella (she will dress up like a french maid or a maid)
Sleeping Beauty (She's going to be wearing PJ's but lots of makeup)
Belle (Beauty pageant girl with a huge novel in her hand)
I am asian so I think I should be Mulan, but I can't come up with anything! Please Help!

Suggestiong for a book or movie character to dress up as?

book day is on 16th of sept so i need idea's NO TWILIGHT please
i want something easy to wear so that i dont have to buy anything new tho it stands out , i was thinking of mulan - i have a chinesse dress- tho 6th grade is doing it , then i thought about lil red riding hood.

Little Red is workable, reconizable, and easy.

Fern from Charlotte's Web would be pretty easy. All you would need is a pair a jeans a shirt that looks like something you would wear on a farm (if anything goodwill would help, you would be buying something but it would be cheap), a stuffed pig, and possibly a plastic spider (like those silly spider rings from holloween if you have one). It's a good excuse to more or less dress down and still recognizable.
