Water Heavybag or sand heavybag?
Which one should i get?

Which is better and why? Does anyone have experience with water bags?
Water bag pros:
- You can customize the weight to your likings
- It's easier on your joints (but then again, so is the other bag due to the fact that it's got 2" of soft foam around it).
- You can drain it completely for storage/moving.
- It feels more realistic to hitting a human.
That being said, I'm almost certain the other bag you posted isn't filled with sand. I would opt for the water heavy bag because of the above reasons I stated, and I love them.
