Sanshou Kickboxing

Is it worth it to take the "KickBoxing Skills & Choreography" $129 class at AFAA?
I've trained Taekwondo, Sanshou/Muay Thai at a school for the past 10 years or more and I pretty much grew up taking martial arts. But I've never taught a class moreover choreograph a class. I have an interview to be an instructor in 2 weeks and I'm getting nervous.
Do you think this class will help? Or it's useless since I already know. Has anyone taken this class?

Judo is a great choice for that element of fitness, hard training and a little of realism that are often missing in many CMA training.
I took up wrestling excatly for the same reason that Dave said in his post. I originally wanted to do shuaijiao but there is no shuaijiao here. So next was either judo or wrestling. I chose wrestling as I thought it was easier to translate in a sanshou/ kickboxing context which is my main focus.
Surprisingly I found many skills and techniques in wrestling to be very kungfu like, consequently improving my understanding of many traditional stuff I learnt previously. The coach is also a former Atlanta Olympian so it has been a very enjoyable and eye opening experience so far.
Looking forward to your judo posts in the future.
