Set Heavy Punching Why do I have urge to hurt fat cats but feel bad when I do?
I love animals and adore slim, small frame cats. My uncle has a 25 lbs cat and I often feel like I want to kick it, punch it or grab it by its neck and squeeze untill they cant breath. I have felt that way all my life and not sure why...It is only and I repeat ONLY Heavy Set or Obeese cats. Can anybody tell me if this is normal. Is there anyone out there that has the erge to hurt a certain kind of animal but feel bad for doing it or feeling that way? Am I sick?

Is it ok to workout after boxing training?
Ok well I recently set up a heavy bag in my garage, and along with hitting the bag, and what not to increase punching power, i throw in a lot of cardio like jump roping. However while doing this, ill do some pull ups, and pushups and situps as well. Lets say I do this earlier in the day. And a little bit later, I go to my gym to workout, is that ok? or is that like stressing my body and muscles to much? Thanks guys!
