Is there something wrong with me?
I'm 18, a senior in hs, and never had a boyfriend, or even kissed or held hands w/ a guy I liked! I've been socially awkward/ shy for a long time, and trying to break out of that now.. I have barely any friends, only a few, and am not that close to anyone.. and I hate how I feel jealous of how other people have more friends, and more fun together, and when I see a good looking guy and he has a gf. I feel like the only single girl out there, that any guy I'd like would never like me back. I've always had one sided crushes, the only guys that liked me/asked me out were jerks/users/creepers. I just want a guy that loves me.. I love myself, but that's not enough. I put effort into my looks, dress up, work out, but I feel so ugly. I don't have much of a life at all, and I feel miserable about it.
I'm in clubs but hate them.
High school is a lame popularity contest where everyone has to act like something that they're not in order to "be in". Things will get real in college. Trust me.

You need to speak to the owner, to first ascertain if the person that fired you actually has the authority to do so.
If this is the case then you can request the reasons for being fired IN WRITING, they can only fire you on the spot like that if what they write constitutes gross misconduct under your contract terms, please look at these closely.
You can then proceed on the basis of what they write, if they say its not gross misconduct then you should be entitled to not only keep your job but go through a disciplinary hearing where both your actions and your managers actions are examined by the owner and anyone else relevant.
If they dont follow the correct procedure then you can persue the company for unfair dismissal and you will require proper legal advice on your particular case.
