what are some boxers i can study? it would be nice if they're on youtube?
as far as technique,footwork,tactics,defense,angles etc. i heard that bernard hopkins is good to watch because he is very fundamental. also im a southpaw so if u can think of any southpaws that would be good. i'm having my first amateur fight in a couple months so i need all the help i can get.
Dont follow Manny, sure he's great but he leaves himself open too much, his footwork is a little unorthodox. As of now the best tactical fighter out there is Miguel Cotto, near perfect foot work, classic punch combinations great head movement (except when he fought Manny 
Bernard Hopkins is another good technical boxer, well at least late 90's early 2000's B-Hop is good.
