Speed Bag Ball Could this bag routine replace one of my boxing lessons a week?
So I do 3 boxing lessons a week and I kinda wanna cut down to 2 a week so I put together this routine that I can do at home. I start of with 3 rounds jump rope and shadow boxing then move onto 3 rounds heavy bag work and speed bag work and then finnaly some slipping ball. Is this ok?
Yes, that is a good plan. The only thing you're missing is jogging/running.

My Speed bag is to loud!!!?
I brought an Everlast speed bag from argos and its to loud my parents complain and ive heared it for my self downstairs sounds like sum1 is hitting the floor with a hammer super fast. im pretty sure its due to the vibration of the board. I came across a video with a guy telling you stuff on how to hit the bag and what it helps you build in skill etc. And he mentioned that he put a bag of rocks on top of the board to lesser the noise and increase the bounce of the ball when it hits the board.
Is this True? and should i be using a bag of rocks or some think else ?

Yes , the bag makes noise because of the vibration of the board. I don't know if a bag of rocks is a good idea. It may create pressure on the board and damage the attachments. Try tying the attachment toward the the back of to board and to something behind the whole thing with ratchet ties. Not too much pressure just enough to quiet it down. Or remove it from the board and attach it to a solid wall.
The novelty symbols such as the heart and music symbol need to be removed if this device is to be considered a serious indicator to motorists behind you.

That was like a kind of revenge of them for having to try the Kusaya (that stinky fish, that is very expensive and not MANY japanese like!!) in other show. I've noticed that they often mention in shows that they DON`T like it, and this time Changmin say it again.
I agree with the host when he mentioned that Yuchun's bag is very stylish, and what he has inside there is… cute(?)
