Please give me a good CONDITIONING workout for boxing. Nothing about lifting weights. Bodyweight only. That conditioning workout should improve: strenght, stamina and endurance.
Then give me a good TECHNIQUE workout for boxing. Please include: jump rope, heavy bag, speed bag, etc.... That technique workout should improve: power, speed, agility, relaxation, hand-eye coordination, coordination, defense, and total skill. Please be as detailed as possible. Also include what should and shouldn't I eat.

How to Increase Your Bat Speed & Power
Should self-serve cash registers have a time limit?
My local Fred Meyer has them (they call them U-scan). You scan your own items and bag them yourself. But some people just take way too long. And sometimes they'll only have like 3 or 4 items. It gets really annoying when you're standing in line of 12 people just to use one.
If an actual cashier employee at their store served the customers as slow as some of these people that operate the U-scans, they would probably get yelled at. Because it would be like giving bad customer service. So, shouldn't the store impose a time limit on these self-serve registers, as a measure of providing good customer service? Maybe cancel the customers transaction all together if they run out of time? Sounds harsh, maybe impatient of me, I know. But some people have a complete disregard for others. And the fact that those registers exist to speed things up, not slow them down. They should actually get in a line with an actual cashier if they can't use the machine. It's not that hard to use...
I think that after a certain amount of time passes it should flag a cashier to come help the customer who's taking up too much time at the U-scan. I know that there are other things that will signal a cashier to come and help, for example, if you don't bag something or if you ring something up and it isn't found for whatever reason, etc.
I understand how frustrating it is when someone just doesn't get how to use the machine and it holds up everyone else in line. I think cancelling their transaction would be a little harsh though.
