Speed Bag Swivel how can i make a freestanding speed bag mount i live in a apartment an can't use the wall or cieling?
i' would like to make a home made free standing speed bag frame. I have the speed bag the drum, the swivel, and the bag. I just need design ideas how i can mount it without using a wall or ceiling so i don't have to pay for the damages in the apartment because i am constantly moving due to the army.
Sounds great having all these things, but unfortunately, the walls and ceiling have nothing to do with it, IT'S THE NOISE. No maatter where you mount a speed bag, in an apartment setting the noise alone will get you thrown out. Go to a gym or find a garage nearby and ask if you paid a small rent fee, could you mount it and use it there. Good luck.

Also with the diaper genie they have special bags that go in it. The diaper champ you can use any kitchen trash bag and it is very user friendly. I bought a big roll of 100 trash bags at the dollar store for $2 that lasted us just over a year.

Also with the diaper genie they have special bags that go in it. The diaper champ you can use any kitchen trash bag and it is very user friendly. I bought a big roll of 100 trash bags at the dollar store for $2 that lasted us just over a year.
