building a home mma/boxing gym in basement right now i have a heavy bag, muay thau bag,freestanding bag, and im looking to get either a speed bag or double end bag or both. would it be useful to have both of them or would you just need one. also any recondmendations for a speed bag platform under $130 bucks thanks

Well, I would go with both. you can get them fairly cheaply; and they are very effective. The double end bag works on your counter punching, while the speed bag works on (suprise) speed.

what size gloves should i use for heavy bag, speed bag, sparring, double end bag and focus mitts?

just wanna know cus i heard it does make a difference for each training phase

Go to your local sports store and see what they recommend for size. I'd use the small mitts for the speed bag and use boxing gloves for the heavy bag and for sparring.
