How can i make my Sprinting speed faster and kicking power harder in soccer?

I am a soccer player and i would like to know what i can do to make me be able to run faster and kick the ball with a lot of power.

for your running speed you need to just get fitter with more training your speed will improve, the amount you improve by is deferred to the fibers in your muscles as sprinters have a large fibers for short but fast speed while Marathon runners have durable fibers so they can run long distances as reasonable speed.to increase power in your shot, follow through after kicking the ball and use your hips to increase the power. don't just hit the ball and stop try to follow through will give you extra zip on your shot. this is how the Brazilian do it and they almost spin in the air which gives them a lot of power, like Rivaldo and Roberto Carlos
