Man dude you need to be way higher on your reps. Try more like 7 sets of 10 on everything you do daily. If you want bulk cardio isn't going to help at all. Light resistance and biking are aimed more towards cardio work outs. Keep the weights as heavy as you can bare them through a total of 70 pumps daily on each and every work out you do. If you're looking for bigger results then go a little higher on reps to maybe more like 10 set of 10 on every thing daily. As far as timing your self on a bag whats the point? more cardio? and where's your "core work" like squats, dead lifts, thrusts and what not? and when is 42 pull-ups per week going to be effective? You need at least 70 per per day times seven days which is 490 pull ups per week. The schedule you have will lose you down the road. You need a solid daily routine with high reps. Cardio should be sat aside for for either earlier or later in the day. Do 10 five minute rounds on the heavy bag with a one minute break in between rounds that's a total of 60 minutes with the breaks added ( Big endurance booster ). That's a total of 50 minutes on the heavy bag or break one round up into 2/12 minutes heavy bad aand 21/2 minutes on a floor striking pad or dummy per round times ten rounds. You should be doing 10 sets of 10 sit ups per day with at least a 25lbs. weight on your chest. Be extreme because being as extreme as you think the work out I just touched base with here sounds it's nothing compared to most. Remember 10 set of 10 on everything or at least 7 sets of 10 on everything every day. And look into core work work outs as well. Core work is the foundation for all martial arts practitioners. IF 10 sets of 10 sounds weird then break it down to 20 sets of five...same difference.
People who tell you not to "exert" your self obviously have wussy work outs. Improving your own stength, condition and endurance takes majorly hard work!!
