Best Sports Towel
washing and blow drying hair everyday a bad thing?
so i was wondering if washing and blow drying my hair everyday is a really bad thing?
im an asian guy, so as you can imagine, i sport those crazy asian hair styles such as this: http://www.mtv.com/onair/dance_crew/season_3/photos/crews/quest/Quest_RC_009.jpg
i wash my hair twice a day, once in the morning with shampoo (head and shoulders) and once at night before i go to bed to wash the hair products out.
every morning after i shower, i towel dry my hair and then apply a bit of mouse to my hair. then i blow dry until it is pretty much bone dry. i find that after shampooing, applying a bit of mouse, and then blow drying gives me the max volume out of my hair so it gives me the best results after styling. products i use for hair styling are hair wax, and hair spray.
It sounds you have some really good styles 
, but other than that applying mouse to your hair all the time on top on blow-drying everyday is a bad thing. And, well you asians so you probably have really good healthy thick hair but mouse has alcohol in it, and blow drying damages your roots which will cause your hair to recede(fall out).

Yes your weight is regular maybe you have asthma sorry if its spelled wrong i mean the thing where breathing is difficult so you should ask a doctor or the school nurse or someone with asthma. Hope i helped!

For what ever reason, it sounds like your cardio(heart)-vascular(veins) system is not getting enough oxygen through your body and to your extremities. Of course, oxygen enters your body through your pulmonary (lung) system and is actually transported through your body through your blood.
It is possible that you are that much out of shape and need more cardio exercise. If this is true and you want to do something about it, start a walking program. You want to be able to walk fast enough to know that you are walking. But, you want to walk slow enough that you can carry on a conversation or quietly sing a song at the same time. You should find that with time, you will be able to physically walk faster/further with the same amount of personal effort.
However, not getting enough oxygen through your system and to your muscles to be able to do every day activities is not a good thing for any one, at any age. For someone who is still in school, it is most definitely not a good thing. Many of the potential causes for not getting enough oxygen into and through your muscles are serious up to and including life-threatening. Please do try to get into a doctor to find out if you have something going on other than "just being out of shape". But, do realize that if you are "just out of shape" no matter how much you do or do not weigh, you are negatively impacting your cardio-vascular system.
