Hey, I have 2 friends who love taekwondo! So i wanted to get them something taekwondo/martial arts related for christmas, but I got nothing! so can you please give me some ideas, but nothing too expensive xD

I know that craft stores like Hobby Lobby have this build-your-own-bear kit and one of the bears you can dress in a TaeKwonDo uniform.
Also, you could find these "Tae Kwon Do Sudoku" books. Which they have at dollar stores and walmart.

How can I become a Formula 1 driver?
I am 14 years old. I also have a 1st degree black belt in taekwondo. I've played basketball and tennis.
•Karate for Kids/ Taekwondo USA (2001-2004) – Instructor’s assistant, led warm ups, helped instructor during workout, training, competing in tournaments, 1st degree black belt.
•Sarunas Marciulionis Basketball Academy (2005-2006) – Training and playing games.
•Vilnius Basketball School (2006-2008) – Training and playing games. Competed in the 2006 Christmas Tournament.
•Tennis World (2008-present) – Training and playing games.
I currently live in Vilnius, Lithuania (Europe).
14 is not too late remember that. I am 15 and i want to be a formula 1 driver too so i just started karting. Start with taking karting classes and memorize the over taking maneuvers watch every single minuet of formula 1 you can even watch all the repeated of the races. make sure you start competing in championships in karting even if it is just local. try and get your name out there to get sponsors. also start exercising. do an hour of cardio a day minimum and do weight training and neck exercises. keep your self on a steady diet of mainly light foods with lots of proteins and calcium. you can look on the Internet for some of the good racing diets racers follow. one important thing to remember is that you can't have the experience others have strait away so even if you finish last in your first race remember they have more experience and you are just learning. Aim to get into formula A it is the formula 1 of karting if you do get there and do well you should have no problem getting into formula 3. and then formula 1 comes next.
