Target Punching
Is it normal to hurt yourself more than your target when you hit it?
By target, I'm talking about fighting opponent. I almost broke my foot with a kick that did little damage once.
I think I might be punching wrong, and its usually my wrist that I hit on another wrist/fist/foot that hurts me.

alright screw this "add details" thing.
You are kicking wrong, never land the kicks on your toes, with enough force, you will break your ankle - some arts use the instep as the striking zone, others use the lower shin either way you need more practice.

Well, you have several things going on here.
1) You sound overwhelmed.
2) You sound depressed.
3) You have no excitement or fun in your life.
But there are easy ways to resolve this!
You were probably pushed by your feeling of non popularity into a young marriage and motherhood. I kind of did the same thing for the same reason. But honey only YOU can make your life what you want it to be.
If you feel fat, lose weight. Your hubby will follow suit! Men are naturally very competitive so he wont want to feel less than you or out of place.
The #1 advice I can give married women as I have been married 2 x's – GET YOUR OWN LIFE!
You can still have your husband and the baby but how can you miss them when they are always attached to you at the hip!
You have to have goals, hobbies, FRIENDS!!!! Who cares about high school….have a life now! It's funny but I am now best friends with ALL the most popular peoplen from school and their lives suck more than mine! So just make your life fun and exciting and you will love your family.
Go on outings with the baby and your husband….and ask him to switch shifts for a while.
Do anything that makes you happy…..how can you make them happy if ur miserable???
Eventually your husband will (or has already) picked up on this and you may turn him off and away from you. Do it now. Dont waste your beautiful life.
As far as talking, share with us here or talk to your friends and fam. about the emotional aspect. You're right, he may not know how to help and you will be more frustrated. Remember this rule of thumb – always approach men with action words (verbs!!!!)

I can so identify with you. I had similar troubles.
All I can say for certain is you're not alone.
The best thing to do is find a group online that you have common interests with and chat with people there. There is a group for just about every hobby and interest imaginable. Just google search for one. That's a good first step.

I think you have to lock onto them, then walk closer to them until the reticule gets bigger. You've got to be quite close, and i'm not sure if it works when you're jogging. Just experiment til you figure it out!
