im buying a wildfire WFH150-D scooter does anybody know anything about this scooter? I don't know anything about scooters. how fast will it go?

In general, Chinese scooters are built with little or no quality control and little or no after sales support. They are cheap to buy, but in the short term you will be happier with a scooter from Europe or Japan or Taiwan or Korea, just not from mainland China.
For top speed, figure on 55mph/90kmh before bits start falling off.
