I bought a used TKO Freestanding Heavy Bag. It comes with a computer that allows you to set round length, number of rounds, rest duration, and weight of the user. It then tracks the number of punches thrown, punch strength, and calories used. I can set the workout parameters but I can not figure out how to start the workout. I don't have the manual and can't find it online. Does anyone know how to program one of these computers? Specifically how to start the workout. There are three buttons (reset, select, and set). You have to press select to turn it on.
