9yr Old had just started her periods......?
I've had a call from the school today to say that my 9 yr old daughter (10 in June) has started her periods (poor luv such a young age) she is a bit upset about the whole thing but understands what is going on as I have talked her about it and they have had sex ed lessons in school.
My question is: CAN ANYBODY RECOMMEND SOME GOOD "SMALL" SANITARY TOWELS SHE COULD USE??
I have normal ultra brands here but they are so big for her! I and when I started there were only "bricks" in those days!!!
I would go for Always short with no wings, they are perfect if it's not to heavy. They also Will rub less making them nicer to wear, just a tip as well when she gets out of the shower tell her to talc her bum this also prevents rubbing and noise on her skin. As well for the summer it might be an idea to get her some little shorts to put under her school dress if she has to wear one that way she can do handstands and run etc like the all the other children will be and she will not feel so conscience of it.
