Training For Boxing
How many training circuits should i do for my boxing training?
Im trying to get stamina and fitness so i can get in good shape for my first amateur bout, i do training circuits (push ups, starjumps, situps, runins etc and all the rest) But the thing is how many should i do per day? Its exhausting but how many ?
Alright, i'm going to tell you this from experience. You should seriously emphasize your cardio before this match. Stamina is KEY to any match. For now don't worry too much about building muscle etc, work on getting quick feet and more stamina.
Another trick is to try and do this in the morning, it'll speed up metabolism throughout the day and you'll have plenty of energy, this also forces you to have huge breakfasts which is extremely important for any type of training. This brings me to nutrition, vegetables, vegetables and more vegetables!!! Great protien and great fibre.
Once a day is good if it's done well, two times a day is also okay, but be careful not to over train, or else you wont be giving your body enough time to recover.

Boxing Tips : Boxing Training Guide
Using basketball shoes for boxing training?
hi ive been doing boxing training cant spar yet but need some shoes. The floors in the gym are wood so I thought basketball shoes would be good. Ive used running shoes but they have to much of a sole on them. For boxing you want more of a flat sole. Thank you

I use empty plastic barrels… The ones I use for barrel racing.
I have also used big cardboard boxes during sunny days as well as large tubs (the really big ice cream tubs that ice cream stores use, or laundry detergent tubs work well as you can stack them on top of each other). I've also stacked grain buckets on top of each other, used empty garbage cans (they're like $10 at the department store). I've even used laundry baskets.

This game was so fun when it came out, and I got it for the 360, but then no one played it.
Some tips I would give you would be to stick with your team and play objectives smartly, like if there are multiples of one class, go and be the one you really need. If you're attacking go Heavy and ask someone if they could be a medic and just start mowing your way towards the point. Defense would be to get engineers or something like that.
I don't really know how to explain how to train someone through typing about accuracy, but I don't think accuracy is that hard to learn in TF2 unless you're trying to be a really good twitch sniper or something.
