Training Program Bonuses

What is a journeyman certificate? What does it mean to have one?
I have a chance to work for a company as a truck driver and one of the bonuses they offer is a journeyman cert after you complete their apprenticeship training program. It claims it is nationally recognized by the U.S. Department of Labor. What does this cert do for me and what is it?
A journeyman certificate in what field? There are all kinds of journeyman certificates - in welding, plumbing, carpentry, etc. An apprenticeship and journeyman program is a common way to get practical training in a skilled field. The certificate would make you more employable and possibly lead to a better job and higher pay. It would teach you work skills you don't have now, and you would get a piece of paper that says you have done the program.

Bankers Bonuses $71.7 High Quality Content by WIKIPEDIA articles Bankers bonuses are traditionally paid or awarded to some workers in the finance industry at the end of the banks financial year. They are designed to reward employee behaviour during the year that has increased the profits of the bank or some relevant part of its business, as shown by the annual accounts. Although calculated in respect of past service, payment of all or part of a bonus may be deferred and made contingent on subsequent events, such as future profitability or continuing employment; this is especially appropriate if the business done is of a kind which cannot be reliably valued at the end of a year. Strendurance 1.0 DVD 12-Week Strength Training Program $39.98 12-Week Strength Training Program Improve your full body muscular strength and endurance for maximum performance with Strendurance 1.0 . Serious endurance athletes know that in order to get better in their chosen sport, whether it be cycling, swimming, running or triathlon, they need to do large volumes of sport specific training. Often times, an effective muscular strength and endurance development program is absent due to a lack of time and availability. The Strendurance Training Program was developed to address this problem by offering serious endurance athletes an effective alternative to traditional 'gym-style' training programs. The 12-week program contained in this DVD offers six, 20-30 minute workouts designed to be completed in a progression, allowing for a steady rate of overload and adaptation for maximum gains in muscle strength and endurance. The goal of the endurance athlete is not to 'bulk up' with unwanted mass, but rather to boost one's muscular capabilities and the Strendurance program accomplishes this goal. You will need a floor mat, a set of dumbbells and a stability ball in order to perform this workout. approx. 2 hrs. (DVD) |

If i switch my MOS should i still get my bonus?
I joined the army reserves in the split op program. I changed my MOS after completing my basic training from a 31 B to a 68D . They are trying to take all of my bonuses and everything away for me. Can i fight that and since my bonus was a sign on bonus shouldnt i get that no matter what?
If the bonus was for a certain MOS then yes they have every right to take that away from you since you did not fulfill your contract. If it was an actual sign on bonus for you enlisting then no they shouldn't be taking that away.

You don't have to run 70+ miles to train for a half or full. For mine I just did one “long run” day a week. I didn't find that any more than that was necessary. Granted at first 4 miles was a long run…then that became a routine run during the week. If you're having scheduling issues I'd recommend a longer training program, so you won't be hurt if you miss a day or two because of work/personal life. I have a medical issue and I'm doing a very extended training program because sometimes my illness forces me to have up to a week of downtime.
Hope this helped!!!
