How can I train for Boxing at home when I can't go to the Boxing gym?

I feel like im not going enough.. only like twice or maybe 3 times a week.

what kinda things can i do at home? i have no speed bag or heavy punching bag.
just my boxing shoes my training gloves and my mouthpiece

do i just throw combos in the air?

Get a heavy bag and practice punches for half an hour on top of push ups, pull ups, sit ups, squats, etc.

Also remember to jog and eat right.

What is the difference between training Boxing Gloves and Competition Boxing gloves?

I do not understand the difference, and don't wanna buy 2 pairs of gloves.

is it better to have my own training gloves or my own competition gloves?

Buy training gloves.

When you get training gloves, they are usually designed for sparring and are available in heavier weights - anywhere from 14-20 oz. That is what you will use in sparring sessions at the gym.

Don't buy competition gloves. They are usually sold to promoters who are staging boxing competitions whether professional or amateur events. If you are competing in a boxing compeition, the gloves will be provided to you.

   The trick is to find what corner (of the cage) your rabbit likes to go in and stick the litter box there. Your rabbit will choose the spot, not you. Then, keep him in the cage until he is 100% litter trained. I don't mean you can't get him out and play with him. No. I mean do not give him free roam outside his cage until his skills are tight. Do let him make mistakes. A well established potty spot takes a while to be created. Be patient. A month is the minimum time you should take to do this. It will only take about a month. Two at the most.

   Rabbits are easy to litter train like cats because they naturally want to go in one or two spots BUT they are more like potty training a puppy because it takes patience (for the human) to get it down to a solid habbit.

   It is very important to note that you CAN give your rabbit TOO MUCH SPACE in his cage and this can hinder potty training. If he is kept in an x-pen, or very large cage, make it smaller. You can slowly increase his living space as his skills get good. One of the biggest mistakes new rabbit owner make is to give their rabbit too much space, too soon. For the sake of your rabbit, be patient.

   Keep in mind that, just as any living thing, a young animal needs to develop physically a bit before it can "hold it". A 10 week old baby cannot be expected to not pee on you if you hold it (or let it run around) and keep it from it's potty spot for very long at all.

   So, you've got a rabbit in a small enclosure, you know what spot he prefers to poop/pee in, and you've put a non-tipping, heavy litterbox there. Now soil it with his own poop. You can bury a small piece of paper towel or newspaper that is wet with his urine in the litter box. The box is now placed and loaded. It will be a litte hard for the bunny to NOT want to go there.

   Two more tips: Hang a small hay rack above the litter box (don't place hay IN the litter box) AND wait until the litter box smells before you clean it. When you do clean it, leave a small, but stinky, amount of the wet and poopy litter in the clean litter box.

   All these things will help your rabbit gain solid potty skills but it's really up to how diligent you are in following the instructions.

   Also, please note that even for rabbits with the best potty skills, it is NORMAL for adult rabbits to leave "territorial droppings" here and there while hopping around the house. This is not a pile of poop like you'd see in their potty corner. It is one or two dry droppings left here and there. They are very benign. I just pick them up and toss them away as I see them. But, it IS normal. What is not normal is for an adult rabbit to leave a pile of poo or PEE anywhere outside it's litter box if it is "trained".

   FYI: The toughest case I had of training an adult rabbit (a shelter rescue) to use a litter box took me 1 1/2 months. Pretty good for not having to put out that much effort. Much easier and faster than trainging a dog.

   First, Yorkie's can be very difficult to train. It takes time and patience and consistency! Never yell, hit or punish, that instills fear and will never work!

   Next, why teach the dog to go potty in the house by litter training her? Sorry, but litter training is for cats, dogs should always learn to go potty outside.
