how to treat sore swollen muscles?
couple days ago i was at Taekwondo and i had to do 70 push ups as an excercise, but i haven't been there in 3-4 years and i tried to do good ones and the next day i couldn't even swing my arms cause of so much pain. i now have had sore swollen mucles for 3 days and can't even bend my arm without feeling loads of pain. my question is what's types treatment is suitable for this sort minor dilemna?
Just let it be. The pain is not necessarily a bad thing. Your muscles are repairing themselves and will mend back stronger. The pain will subside in a couple days. Let your body do it's natural repairing and healing. You'll live.
