How can I learn Mixed Martial Arts?
I'm 17 and love the UFC and That sort of stuff, I have sparred a few times and really like it(I'm pretty good too which helps)
But we don't have a gym or anything in my small town, so how can I sort of teach myself techniques through videos or reading books? and what light conditioning do you suggest?
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
I don't want to go street fighting, that is just stupid in my opinion.

If you don't feel well, you go to a doctor.
If you want to learn MMA , you go to a MMA gym.
If what you need is not on your area, go somewhere else.
You can't learn from videos or books, you can only get the theory, and think you know, with potentially disastrous results.

How can I get involved to become a UFC professional fighter?
Any professional fighter would suffice. I'am a rather large person, weighing 255 and standing 6'4". I'm a gym rat and condition 3x a week (just stadiums or sprints). I have a body fat% of about 14%. I have no professional fighting experience but I have been in several street fights, approx. 30, and have never lossed. Not to brag but many of the fights ended in a one hit quit manner. Most of my opponents have been my size or smaller, one was much larger but moved to slow. Many of my friends think that I might have a shot or should at least try to see if I got something going. Of course need to lose some weight and tone up and all but do I have a shot?
First of all you need to join the nearest mma gym. After some training whoever is in charge of the gym should set you up with the some amateur fights if your particular state allows it. From there you could go pro.
