Feedback please..?
on local martial arts schools in Concord, Pleasant Hill and Walnut Creek. I've researched for a while, but most seem to be the classic mcdojo's. Any good, traditional school out there that's not out to just rip you off? I have some prior experience but I'm open to style, except judo (my back just won't handle grappling)..Thx
every place should be open for you to check out at first. i would check out tae kwon do as it is not as intrusive on your back. mainly using a lot of your legs.

Love the hungry caterpillar AND the cot too of course! I think dark walnut is classic and certainly great for boys! In fact it was a huge decision for me to paint Imran's dark walnut cot white for Rania – but I wanted her to have something 'fresh' since it was a hand-me-down. P/S The bedding set is gorgeous!
