   Kevin Trudeau is a piece of ****. He is a scam artist and a con man. He's been banned from selling specific types of items or in specific ways (i dont remember exactly, but basically hes been busted many times over for being a liar)

   the "substance" at least from the research i did online a while back just because i was curious how he was able to get away with his BS infomercial aimed at people looking for help, is basically injecting yourself with something found in the urine of pregnant women (im NOT making this up, i just dont remember what its called) which i am fairly certain is illegal and if not illegal its not easy to obtain.
   He is LYING. As much as i knew he was lying through his teeth i was interested enough to look all of this up, and hes just a joke, making a quick buck off of people who actually work for a living. Sorry but the man should be locked up in my opinion lol.
   Dont get scammed Just trust what you already know works.

   **edit: this is why every few months or year or so, hes pedalling something new. cmon, and we're supposed to believe hes some magic man who not only has a "proven" method for remembering things, and knows a bunch of secret potions and cures that "they" dont want us to know about, and HE and ONLY HE knows some magical substance for curing obesity. If it was out there, and was safe, we wouldnt have to buy a book from Kevin Trudeau to know what it was

   Diet and exercise are all good but the word diet is bad. I lost 60+ pounds without dieting. I started to be careful of what I ate. I tried t0 cook healthy meals and have extra portions in the freezer for those late nights where cooking just seemed to much. I might make a pot roast but double it so I had 2 meals. I started cooking with as many fresh ingredients as I could. Chicken with fresh tomatoes tastes alot better than canned. But if you are like me cost is always an issue. The main thing I found besides having a dinner ready to heat up was portion control. I still loved those potato chips and oreos. I found that by buying them in individual sizes at the gas station I was fine,. If I brought the big bag I would eat it all and the small bag full filled my needs. Also I didn't feel like I blew my diet and was cheating. That makes you give up and want to start again later. Keeping calories helps and a good tracker is myfitnesspal.com. You can en tier your foods, it gives you the calories and helps you keep track. You might drink a glass of coke every day and it will tell you how many calories and easily add it to each day. You can also check out things in restaurants. Avoid cream sauces and fried foods. but every so often allow yourself those fried ores. Its all about lifestyle. I lost my weight over 3 years ago and its still gone. I just started the gym 6 months ago because I wanted to tone. You're already ahead a step from me. Good luck. Remember you didn't gain it overnight and you can't lose it overnight. Just don't diet, that sets you up to cheat. Look for small ways you can keep the foods you like in the right proportions.
