Just been to the gym and there's a new machine. I only used it for an hour and i started to feel sick! It's good though! It does everything! Kit Kats, Mars bars, Snickers, Hula Hoops, Quavers, Ribena...

Is this an ok meal plan and workout plan?

I eat about 1300 calories and workout three days a week for 30 minutes, will this diet keep the wieght off or at least maintain it?

Breakfast- Yougurt, gronala bar, and an orange

Lunch-Tuna kit, and orange, with a diet dr pepper

Dinner-Soup, orange, and tootsie roll suckers with a diet dr pepper and sometimes some carrots

I drink a lot of water as well, not just the pop. I dont always eat those things at each meal. For lunch I sometimes have a gronala bar and some cottage cheese. Sometimes for dinner I have a sandwich or salad. I also take vitamins, a B12, complete vitamin, vitamin C, and calcium.

I think you might need more protein, this is what your body uses for energy, and it keeps you full longer. Try adding a few nuts to your diet, also try adding veggies! Ones like carrots, green beans and other greens have nothing but nutrition. If you don't like them, choke down a V8, or try wheat grass shots. Other than that it should maintain a healthy weight fine! Good Luck!

   Rikyrah, I think I mentioned here that Carson will sick and had had a number of health ailments for the past few years. I just hope her successor will not be a House Negro happy to hook up with the CBC.

   As for Thanksgiving, SB, I have to beg your mama for her recipe for pumpkin cake with caramel sauce (I just received the “Firm” workout kit in the mail), LOL. I had a pumpkin bread pudding at dinner this year with the caramel sauce and whipped cream (good God, it was the bomb)and my family threw down with the monkey bread, roast turkey and fried turkey, sweet potato pudding, roast lamb with wild rice dressing, filet mignon, seven kinds of salad, five types of cheese, and eight desserts, including a chocolate tort designed to put the worst chocaholic into terminal arrest.

   What can I say? My co-worker and her hubby are seriously into the “gourmet” thing…
