can you tell me if this is important enough to phone my doctor?
i just got acl replacement surgery, and i'm wearing a full leg brace with ace bandage wrapping inside. the wrapping is tight enough that i can't feel my leg, and there is some painful pressure on the front of my knee from the electronic ice pack under the wrapping. i turned the ice pack off to save my skin just in case it's getting burnt from the cold... i don't know whether it's worth unwrapping my leg - i was instructed not to... but it's really unpleasant and confusing. i've had it on for over a day.

I sadly know how you feel, I found out that they had to put my little doggy Trixie to sleep yesterday. She had cancer and my sister said she was in so much pain, that it was the best thing to do. What made me even sadder is that I found out that my Dad (the macho farmer type) cried last night. My Dad has only cried one other time in my life, and that was when my grandma passed away.
